Construction of the S10 expressway between Szczecin and Piła, section between the Cybowo junction (including the junction) and the Łowicz Wałecki junction (excluding the junction)

Construction of a new 16.6 km section of the S10 expressway between Szczecin and Piła, between the Cybowo junction (including the junction) and the Łowicz Wałecki junction (excluding the junction).

Tasks:

• preparation of the necessary design documentation, acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority to obtain the required opinions and technical conditions, agreements, permits, authorizations, decisions and approvals necessary for the performance of the Contract, and acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority to obtain decisions on the use permit for the entire scope of the investment
• construction of a section of the S10 expressway with a length of approx. 16.6 km
• construction of the Cybowo road junction,
• construction of Traveller Service Areas,
• construction of a Road Maintenance District (OD),
• reconstruction of the existing public road network and internal roads that collide with the investment,
• construction of a road drainage system,
• construction of sidewalks, bicycle paths, pedestrian and bicycle lanes, and bus bays,
• construction of access roads along the expressway serving the adjacent area, including exits to adjacent plots,
• construction of entrances, exits and emergency crossings,
• implementation of traffic organization and road safety devices,
• construction of a Traffic Management System
