Construction of a new section of the S11 expressway between Oborniki and Poznań Północ, including the Oborniki bypass

Construction of the S11 expressway between Oborniki and Poznań, including the Oborniki bypass, as a new 22.2 km section of the S11 expressway – from the existing national road DK11 to the already completed section of the S11 road. The overall effect of the investment will be the creation of an important national long-distance road route, adapted to transit passenger and freight traffic and seasonal tourist traffic.

Tasks:

• preparation of the necessary design documentation, acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the Client, obtaining the necessary opinions and technical conditions, agreements, permits, authorizations, decisions and consents necessary for the performance of the Contract and decisions on the permit for use for the entire scope of the investment. The design documentation is to be completed within 10 months of the signing of the Agreement
• construction of a section of the S11 expressway with a length of approx. 22.2 km, including connection to the existing DK11
• construction of the “Oborniki” and “Chludowo” road junctions,
• construction of Travel Service Areas: MOP “Oborniki Wschód” and MOP “Oborniki Zachód”,
• construction of a Road Maintenance District (OD) with an administrative and social building and accompanying buildings in the vicinity of the “Oborniki” junction,
• rebuilding of the existing public road network and internal roads that collide with the expressway under construction,
• construction of a road drainage system,
• construction of sidewalks, bicycle paths, pedestrian and bicycle lanes, and bus bays,
• construction of access roads along the expressway serving the adjacent area, including exits to adjacent plots,
• construction of entrances, exits and emergency crossings,
• implementation of traffic control system and road safety devices,
• construction of a Traffic Administration System
