Designer's supervision in construction law is the obligation imposed on the designer by force of Article 20(1)(4) of the Construction Law, consisting in checking whether the construction is proceeding in accordance with the design. The designer must also agree to any changes to the design proposed by the construction manager or the supervision inspector.
