- Demand analysis – forecasts of demand for water production and distribution services and wastewater collection and treatment, definition of the agglomeration area and changes therein due to changing legal conditions and other macroeconomic, economic and spatial factors.
- Location and logistics analyses – multi-criteria analyses using econometric models and SWOT analyses of investment locations, taking into account logistical aspects and spatial planning.

- Feasibility studies and funding applications – our studies are prepared in accordance with the standards of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW), the European Commission (Guide to CBA), the World Bank, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
- Efficiency assessments for PPP projects – carried out in accordance with international experience and the recommendations of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy for the development of PPPs.
- Cost-benefit analysis of the construction, conversion or modernization of a production unit, heating network or cooling network (>20MW) – these analyses are performed at the stage of the Environmental Impact Assessment.
- Obtaining subsidies and debt financing – finding sources of financing for your project, preparing applications, checking the bankability of your project, and conducting financing negotiations.
- Tender documentation – we prepare comprehensive tender documentation, i.e. Instructions for the Contractor, Contract Terms and Conditions for all FIDIC tenders, Terms of Reference, including Functional and Utility Programs, as well as relevant design documentation (read more under Design and Architectural Supervision).
- BIM Execution Plan for investment projects implemented using BIM methodology – we prepare relevant documents that form the basis for the implementation of such projects.
- Support for procurement procedures, including procedures under the Public Procurement Law
