Investment execution management and supervision
The implementation of a project, in particular construction and assembly works or technology transfer, often requires activities that significantly exceed the scope of the Construction Law. Therefore, in addition to activities covered by broadly understood construction law, such as acting as the Investor, Designer, Construction Manager, industry managers, investor supervision inspectors, we provide all services supporting the construction process and project implementation, ensuring its compliance with legal regulations, requirements of financing institutions and insurers.

Area 0 – Advisory Service Management – which includes:
- Preparation of a Consulting Plan
- Drawing up Monthly Reports on the Performance of the Consulting Agreement
- Management of the consulting service
Area 1 – Preparing the Client for project implementation and providing support during the implementation – which includes:
- Optimization of the structure and procedures during the Design and Construction stage
- Defining the structure and procedures for the Operation stage
- Providing training the Client’s personnel
- Development of Terms and Conditions, including Terms of Reference/Functional and Utility Programs
- Preparation and processing of applications to the relevant authorities for administrative decisions/technical conditions and all required consents.
Area 2 – Management (or Supervision) of Design and Construction (EPCM/Contract Engineer) – which includes:
- Implementation/ Supervision of design work
- Management/Supervision of construction works
- Participation in meetings, acceptance procedures, tests, inspections, commissioning, and controls
- Conducting/Supervising settlement of accounts
- Preparation for the Operation stage
- Coordinating the cooperation between Project stakeholders, financing institutions, and Project execution coordinators.
Area 3 – Legal advice – which includes:
- Legal advice on cooperation with contractors and subcontractors
- Legal advice on public procurement procedures
- Other legal advice related to project implementation
Area 4 – Monitoring, financial and accounting consulting – which includes:
- Progress reporting and risk management
- Financial monitoring of the Project
- Advice on securing financing for the Project
- Advice on settlements with Contractors
- Advice on project settlements in accordance with the guidelines of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) and lenders/creditors
- Advice on preparing the Client for the operation stage
